  Tux paint is fun, has sounds, stamps, brushes, and tons of stuff to drawl easily. I use it to drawl wire frames for designing web sites.

  This math game/exercise looked neat. They have a typing game as well, I thought this was more worth listing. All their software is available on the TuxPaint home page.
